Technician Darren does a great job of making me feel … More comfortable with the initial procedures. Dr. Cordoba does a complete and thorough eye exam, explaining the results in a way I understand. She doesn’t hesitate to order extra tests to make sure she covers all possibilities. She is extremely easy to talk with, making me feel comfortable asking many questions (even ones that probably sound “silly” to a professional!). And then, when I was having an unusual problem with my contact lenses, the whole team was so cordial when I had to keep coming back to get things straightened out. They never made me feel guilty about the repeat visits or the time it took. On the contrary, they kept reassuring me they want to get this to work right. Scribe Kaylen even helped by showing me techniques that would make things easier for me. And when it came to getting new glasses, LeeAnn spent a huge amount of time with me, listening to what I wanted and picking out frames for me to choose from. And she also was very knowledgeable and could give me more tips on my new soft contact lenses. All in all, I cannot say enough positive in regard to the competency of this clinic staff, the equipment they have to do any necessary testing, and everyone’s sincere interest in taking the time needed to treat you as if you really matter!

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Some of the time between attending technicians seemed long..lots of "pre-laser" prep. One was 1/2 hr of waiting alone for the next.. The promo brochure says the procedure takes 5-10 minutes. … More I was there a total of just under two hours. That may be a more realistic disclosure up front. I'll see how the results turn out at my follow up visit with my eye doctor.
